A project self funded by myself, because I’m extremely passionate about the motocross industry, creating content and trying to help tell the amazing stories involved to build the sport & riders profiles.

Pushing myself creatively to produce the best content possible with assistance from an extremely small team of hand chosen creatives to work with.

Covered the Peter Stevens KTM store opening night that featured the showcase of the MY17 KTM Off-Road complimented with the appearance of KTM Australia race team riders Daniel Sanders & Tye Simmonds along with 2016 Dakar winner Toby Price also in attendance.

Whilst out in Cali earlier this year I was lucky enough to tee up a morning session with Taka Higashino to shoot some photo & video content for Fist Handwear.

We were blessed with prime FMX conditions, not a breath of wind insight and the sun was out in force for the morning session at Ronnie Faisst’s compound in Murrieta. Taka is a mad man and it was really cool to see how he rides a session, each rider is different in the way they tackle their daily sessions. It’s almost an art in how each rider achieves trick perfection.

Penrite Oil supported driver Emily Duggan became the first ever female to drive in the V8 Kumho Touring Car Series. With a strong passion for racing and the drive to race V8 supercars some day.

This piece I shot was to gauge the passion Emily has for driving and what racing means to her.
